Before and after you buy

One session for one life area. That means your full written reading, plus up to five questions with the AI Sage, at your own pace. It is a one-off payment. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.

No. It is an interpretive reading of your birth chart, offered for insight and entertainment. The chart maths is real and precisely computed; what it is taken to mean comes from classical sources, read for you. Nothing here is a forecast of events, and nothing here is professional advice — medical, financial, legal or otherwise.

Nothing is lost. Your chart, your reading and your conversation are saved on your own device, so reopening the site brings them straight back — you'll see a “welcome back” panel on the front page.

That does remove your local copy, because it was only ever on that device. Your purchase is unaffected. Go to Restore a purchase, enter your birth details again and the reference from your receipt email, and your reading is regenerated at no extra cost.

Worth knowing: iPhones running Safari clear website data automatically after about a week of not visiting a site. That is Apple's behaviour, not ours — which is why we suggest using the Save your reading button to keep your own copy.

On your device. We do not keep a copy on our servers, and we do not keep your birth details. That is a deliberate design choice rather than an oversight, and it has one real consequence worth being upfront about: we cannot look your reading up for you. Neither can anyone else.

No. They are used to compute your chart and generate your reading, and are not stored afterwards. Your name never reaches the reading engine at all — it stays in your browser and is only used to greet you.

Your payment is safe, and your receipt email is the key to fixing it. Open Restore a purchase and enter the reference from that email (it starts with cs_). This is the usual fix when a tab was closed during payment, or when payment finished on a different device from the one you're reading on.

If that doesn't work, reply to your Stripe receipt and we'll sort it out by hand.

Refunds are covered in the refund policy. If something has gone wrong — you were charged twice, or you cannot reach a reading you paid for — reply to your Stripe receipt and tell us what happened.

Up to five per session. Every answer is generated fresh against your chart, and each one has a real cost to us — five is what one session's price covers. Because every question must be backed by your actual placements, some charts support fewer than five; when your chart's set is complete, the session says so plainly rather than padding it with generic questions.

No — you choose from a set of questions drawn from your own placements: your real chapter dates, your weakest relevant house, a hard placement if your chart has one. They are different for every chart.

This is deliberate, and it is about accuracy rather than convenience. Every answer you see is checked against your computed chart before it reaches you, and that check is only possible because the whole answer is written before you see any of it. It is what stops an answer claiming something your chart does not actually support. An open text box is the one place that check cannot run, so we closed it.

Yes. Each life area is bought separately, and buying another adds it to what you already have — it never replaces your earlier reading. Each comes with its own session of questions.

Not in a session. Your questions are drawn from your own chart, so there is no way to put someone else's birth details into the conversation. A reading is bought for one chart and stays with that chart.
